Quality in all aspects of manufacturing is essential in today's ever-changing and challenging world markets. Our commitment to produce world-class quality products for our customers comes from our Continuos Quality Improvement Program at Peterson & Company.

Our program begins with Advanced Quality Planning at the time of an inquiry. Upon production, we practice real-time data collection, using Statistical Process Control, CMM inspection results and traditional inspection methods. Statistical Problem Solving is used to ensure defect free in-process manufacturing of the product. Final inspection and dock audits are used to verify product performance.

World-class quality is further enhanced at Peterson by constant research of the market place for new ideas, tools and processes.

Our resources range from current model CNC lathes, CNC machining centers, a coordinate measuring machine, and CAD/CAM to a comprehensive use of technological and traditional tooling. Our plant is organized in production-minded work cells for cost-effective through-put.
